This scale uses common configurable limits: saturation at 3.8 and 20.5 mA, with failure alarms at ≤3.6 and ≥21.5 mA. NAMUR NE 43 provides the failure-signaling framework; confirm the transmitter and control-system configuration before diagnosing a fault.
This release does not apply square-root extraction, sensor characterization, damping, or temperature compensation. Reverse-acting ranges are supported by entering an LRV greater than the URV.
4 mA represents 0% span and 20 mA represents 100% span. Values outside that calibrated interval are extrapolated linearly; their diagnostic meaning depends on the instrument’s configured saturation and alarm behavior.
