Technical decision support
Kanonix provides calculation, documentation, and decision-support tools. It does not establish accreditation, certify compliance, approve calibration methods, replace qualified technical review, or guarantee that a result is suitable for a particular regulated use. You remain responsible for verifying inputs, methods, references, decision rules, reports, and suitability under your organization's controlled quality system.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining control of your sign-in method. You may not probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, use another person's account, introduce malicious content, or use Kanonix in violation of law or third-party rights.
Subscriptions and purchases
Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and included deliverables are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments. Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled through the available billing controls. Canceling stops future renewal and does not erase records automatically. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, completed digital calculations and generated deliverables are not automatically refundable. A full refund of a one-time purchase revokes any unused credits from that purchase.
Your records
You retain responsibility for the records and inputs you submit. You grant Kanonix permission to process them only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. Maintain your own controlled copies of records required for audits, accreditation, regulation, or business continuity.
Availability and changes
The service may be updated, suspended, or changed to improve security, correctness, or functionality. Kanonix may correct calculation logic or references when verification identifies a need. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
Warranty and liability boundary
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Kanonix does not warrant uninterrupted operation or that every output will meet every user's technical or regulatory requirements. To the extent permitted by law, Kanonix is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from unverified inputs, inappropriate methods, unsupported use, or failure to maintain required controlled records.
